- hotel and/or motel for travelers on the coastal highway, transient construction workers, vacationers on a “getaway holiday” and others
- RV park to provide a full-service facility for permanent park residents, part-time “snowbirds” that stay the winter, construction workers needing accommodations near their job site and others
- assisted living facility to profitably provide quality assisted care to seniors at a fraction of the cost of similar facilities in the states and Canada
