In addition to generous commissions, we offer our brokers our PromoPak, an innovative market development program that provides liberal credits to help defray local marketing costs. When you enroll in PromoPak, we will reimburse you for the cost of your promotional efforts undertaken on our behalf, including print advertising, production of collateral materials, point-of-contact displays, television and radio spots, outdoor signage, local events, email blasts and social media efforts.
For your clients that prefer to finance their lot purchase at Sahuaro Shores, we can provide “easy qualify” direct financing. Since we do not rely on third party capital to get deals approved, we make our own funding decisions and can generally close deals on the spot.
In addition to mortgage and real estate brokers, we also work with a wide variety of referral sources, including mortgage bankers, brokers, advisers, consultants, accountants, attorneys and other real estate and non-real estate professionals and offer them the same competitive advantages. Moreover, we pride ourselves on protecting broker payouts and incorporate all applicable referral fees directly into our closing documentation to ensure that commissions and fees are paid immediately upon closing.
